Welcome to Color By Money, the first coloring book that is also your personalized financial goal tracker. Your book begins where YOU want it to start, with fields that count up (savings) or count down (debt), keeping you motivated to complete the picture and crush your goals.
Like most people, I'm a visual learner and motivated by creating and checking off lists. For my goals, I wanted a modern "money thermometer": an interactive tool, based on my numbers, so I could literally see myself getting closer to my finish line. I couldn't find one... so I made one!
I hope this tool will inspire you, and dare you to dream when it comes to your money.
How It Works
- Choose your motivation: (1) SAVE money or (2) pay off DEBT
- Enter your starting balance: This is what you have saved so far OR your current debt balance.
- Choose your preferred increment: How fast you want your coloring fields to increase or decrease.
Example:
- If you choose SAVING and you have $5.00 in your account, $5.00 is your Starting Balance.
- If you want your book's fields to increase by increments of 1, (5,6,7) choose an increment of 1.
- If you select an increment of 5, for example, your book would read (5, 10, 15, etc.)
- Same concept for the DEBT book. Your debt balance is your Starting Number. Then choose by which increment you want your fields to decrease by. If your current debt balance is $2,000, for example, and you select an increment of 1, your book will read 2,000, 1999, 1998, etc.
